目的:使用矩阵实验室(MATLAB)对符合三室模型的实验数据进行非线性拟合,考察MATLAB对于复杂非线性曲线的拟合程度,建立三室模型的常规拟合方法。方法:采用白及多糖家兔血浆药物浓度,使用MATLAB编写拟合程序,采用拟合结果最优的nlinfit函数进行非线性拟合,使用求解方程组的方法计算药动学参数。结果:计算结果与3P97软件进行比较,结果显示两者无显著性差异。结论:拟合程序可用于三室模型常规拟合。
OBJECTIVE: To use the matrix laboratory (MATLAB) to do non-linear fitting to the experimental data of three-compartment model, investigate the fitting degree of MATLAB to the complex non-linear curve and establish the normal fitting method of the three-compartment model. Methods: The pharmacokinetic parameters of white and polysaccharides in rabbits were determined by using MATLAB software and nlinfit function with the best fitting results. The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated by solving the equations. Results: Comparing the results with 3P97 software, the results showed no significant difference between the two. Conclusion: The fitting program can be used to normal fit three-compartment model.
