The effects of salt stress with different concentrations on the physiological characteristics of seedlings of mulberry (Morus alba L.), Dahong 2, Anyza 1 and Taiwan 72C002 were studied in this paper. Evaluation of Salt Tolerance of Fruit Mulberry Varieties Planted in Western Salinization Areas. The photosynthetic rate (Pn), stomatal conductance (Gs), maximum photochemical efficiency of PSⅡ (Fv / Fm), leaf chlorophyll content and leaf photosynthetic rate in seedling leaves of Anyza 1 and Taiwan 72C002 under low soil salt concentration (0.1% NaCl) (Pn, Gs, malondialdehyde (MDA)) and soluble sugar content in leaves of Anza 1 seedlings decreased even under high salt stress (0.5% NaCl stress), compared with the control The difference was not significant (P> 0.05), indicating that Anza 1 has the ability to resist high salt stress. The results showed that Pn, Gs, Fv / Fm, chlorophyll content and leaf biomass of seedling leaves significantly decreased (P <0.05) under high salt stress (0.5% NaCl stress) Poor ability to coerce. Under salt stress, the activity of peroxidase (POD) in leaves of different mulberry cultivars was different, and the activity of POD in Anza 1 was significantly higher than that of other fruit mulberry cultivars, reaching the significant difference (P < 0.05), suggesting that high POD activity may play a regulatory role in response to salt stress in fruit mulberry seedlings. The differences in enzyme activities among different varieties may be related to the salt tolerance of the cultivars.
