一 1987年上海市中青年教师历史教学评选活动于11月2日开始,11月23日结束。这次评选是在逐级选拔的基础上进行的,参加市级评选的有44位教师(按规定,22个区、县各推两名,石化地区一名,上海县只报一名)。评选结果,18位教师获优秀奖,其中35岁以下的9名,占50％;教龄不超过5年的8名,占44.4％;女教师4名。这次评选是对中青年师资队伍的一次大检阅,反映了中青年教师(尤其是青年)教学水平的普遍提高;在教改方面,也体现出某些新意,成绩喜人。在这次评选活动中,参赛者遵照上海市教育局教学处提出的“三项要求”,(即要正确、具体、生动地进行历史基础知识教学;加强爱国主义教育,寓思想教育于历史
A 1987 Shanghai Young Teachers History Teaching Awarding on November 2, November 23 end. The selection was conducted on a step-by-step basis. Forty-four teachers participated in the municipal-level selection (according to the regulations, two in each of 22 districts and counties, one in the petrochemical area and only one in Shanghai). As a result of the selection, 18 teachers won the Merit Award, of which 9 were under 35, accounting for 50%; 8 with no more than 5 years of teaching, accounting for 44.4%; and 4 female teachers. This selection is a large review of the ranks of middle-aged and young teachers, reflecting the general improvement of the teaching standards of middle-aged and young teachers (especially young people).
