英语是中学的必修课程,但是,我们在教学过程中发现,学生对其兴趣不高,部分学生甚至厌弃.如何培养学生学习英语的兴趣,大幅度提高教学质量,我们开展了丰富多采的英语活动,收效很好.下面是我们在这方面的一些做法.一、室内比赛.为了提高学生学习英语的兴趣,发展学生的智力,培养他们运用英语的能力,我们以校为单位组织了各种活动,内容包括书写、传话、接词、记英语单词等.为能使更多的学生参加,从中得到提高,我们先在班级中进行,然后选出优胜者参加全校性的比赛.这样既对学生进行了教育,又丰富了他们的课外生活,同学们在活动中感受到 English is a compulsory course for middle school students.
