党的十八届四中全会决定,全面推进依法治国,建设中国特色社会主义法律体系,建设社会主义法治国家,建设社会主义法治文化。政法院校在法学领域担负着培养人才、科学研究、社会服务和文化传承创新的重任,在全面推进依法治国进程中,理应发挥其法学和所在大学的多学科优势资源,传承优秀法治文化、创新先进法治文化,践行科学法治文化,普及大众法治文化。可以这样说,积极投身于全面推进依法治国,建设中国特色社会主义法律体系,建设社会主义法治国家,建设社会主义法治文化,是政法院校肩负的社会责任和光荣的历史使命。
