聚羧酸高性能减水剂作为新一代混凝土减水剂,以其优异的性能在高速铁路工程建设中发挥了积极的作用。作者结合多年的高速铁路工程实践,在分析了聚羧酸高性能减水剂性能特点的基础上,针对桩基、墩身、承台、箱梁、轨道板等结构用混凝土性能的特殊要求,提出了适合于各个部位的聚羧酸减水剂的性能要求和优选原则,并阐述了聚羧酸减水剂在高速铁路工程混凝土中应用的注意事项。
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer as a new generation of concrete water reducer, with its excellent performance in high-speed railway construction has played an active role. Based on the analysis of performance characteristics of polycarboxylate high performance water reducer, combined with many years of high speed railway engineering practice, aiming at the special requirements of performance of concrete for pile foundation, piers, cap, box girder and track slab, The performance requirements and preferred principles of polycarboxylate superplasticizer suitable for all parts are put forward, and the precautions of application of polycarboxylate superplasticizer in high speed railway engineering concrete are expounded.
