前列腺癌是男性生殖系常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国的发病率逐年上升。根治性前列腺切除术已成为目前局限性前列腺癌的主要治疗方法。而作为一个整体的盆腔淋巴结清扫,在疾病分期及预后中的意义尚未完全清楚,盆腔淋巴结清扫的范围及适应证也没有完全统一。本文拟就目前国际上对前列腺癌盆腔淋巴结清扫的意义及清扫范围的研究进展作一综述。
Prostate cancer is a common malignant tumor of the male reproductive system, the incidence in our country increased year by year. Radical prostatectomy has become the main treatment for localized prostate cancer. The significance of pelvic lymph node dissection as a whole in the staging and prognosis of the disease is not yet fully understood, and the scope and indications of pelvic lymph node dissection are not completely unified. This article intends to review the current international significance of the significance of prostate cancer pelvic lymph node dissection and the scope of the study.
