以郑州某选厂磨矿分级自动化改造为背景,从关键量控制、故障诊断两个技术层面分析了监控系统的原理。考虑到磨矿分级作业中各控制变量影响因素的复杂性,系统以S7-300PLC为核心配置,采用PLC编程技术与模糊控制、PID控制相结合,设计了相关程序,实现了工艺参数的自动、稳定调控。经现场实际运行表明,该监控系统适应性强,经济效益好,提高了选厂的自动化和信息化水平。
Based on the grinding grade automatic transformation of a mill in Zhengzhou, the principle of the monitoring system is analyzed from the two key technical aspects of key quantity control and fault diagnosis. Taking into account the complexity of the influencing factors of various control variables in grinding and grading, the system is based on S7-300PLC as the core configuration.
