安HF1是部署在河南油田安棚区块的第一口非常规致密砂岩水平井,设计井深4808m,水平段长1200m,三开井身结构,钻井施工难度大。该井三开采用威德福旋转导向工具钻进至井深3604.52m发生卡钻。由于该井井深、井斜大、井眼小,且下部钻具结构复杂,故障处理难度大,先后采用强力活动钻具、浸泡解卡剂、泡酸、测量卡点、爆炸松扣、震击等技术措施,钻具未能解卡,最终倒扣至3595.59m填井侧钻,井内落鱼钻头+RSS+IDS。该井卡钻故障原因及处理过程的分析,积累了卡钻故障处理经验,为今后致密砂岩水平井故障预防及处理提供了借鉴。
An HF1 is the first unconventional sandstone horizontal well deployed in Anpeng block of Henan Oilfield. The designed well depth is 4808m and the horizontal section length is 1,200m. The wells were drilled with Weidford’s rotating guide tool to drill well at a depth of 3604.52m. Because of the well depth, well deviation, small borehole, and the lower part of the drill structure is complex, the difficulty of handling difficult, has adopted a strong active drilling tools, soak card-dissolving agent, acid pickling, measuring points, explosion buckle, shock And other technical measures, the drilling tools failed to solve the problem, and finally back-up to 3595.59m side-fill, in-hole fish drill + RSS + IDS. The reason of the well stuck in the well and the analysis of the treatment process have accumulated experience in the handling of the stuck-stone faults and provided references for the future prevention and treatment of the horizontal sandstone in the tight sandstone.
