目的验证电疗裤配合中药外敷治疗盆腔炎的疗效。方法对７２例盆腔炎性包块患者进行了电疗裤配合中药外敷，与抗生素配合中成药治疗进行对比分析。结果电疗裤配合中药外敷４１例，腹痛等临床症状缓解率９８．３５％，抗生素配合中成药治疗组３１例，缓解率为９７．１５％，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。而盆腔炎性包块的消失率前者为９５．１２％，对照组为１６．１２％，两组比较差异显著。结论电疗裤配合中药外敷治疗盆腔炎块是一种安全、舒适、可靠的方法
Objective To verify the efficacy of electropuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 72 patients with pelvic inflammatory mass were treated with electropuncture therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine, with antibiotics and traditional Chinese medicine for comparative analysis. Results The results showed that there were 41 cases treated with electro-acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese medicine, the rate of relieving clinical symptoms such as abdominal pain was 98.35%, and the rate of remission was 97.15% with antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine. There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The disappearance rate of pelvic inflammatory mass was 95.12% in the former and 16.12% in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion Electrotherapy pants with traditional Chinese medicine treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is a safe, comfortable and reliable method
