新视角下的初中化学熟手教师课堂教学行为研究——以“对蜡烛及其燃烧的探究”为例

根据课堂教学系统的CPUP模型理论,通过对熟手教师课堂教学行为对和教学行为链的特征分析,发现教师注重调动学生参与课堂教学活动,教学活动形式多样,但学生的探究活动大部分是在教师的主导下进行,学生自主探究不够。课堂上要多运用高水平教学行为链,优化课堂教学行为,提高课堂教学高效性。对熟手教师课堂教学行为特征的研究,有助于教师发现问题,改进课堂教学行为,促进教师专业化发展,提高课堂教学质量。 According to the theory of CPUP model of classroom teaching system, through analyzing the characteristics of classroom teaching behavior and teaching behavior chain of experienced teachers, it is found that teachers pay attention to mobilizing students to participate in classroom teaching activities. There are many kinds of teaching activities, but most of them are teachers Under the guidance of the students to explore their own enough. The classroom should use more high-level teaching behavior chain, optimizing classroom teaching behavior, improve classroom teaching efficiency. The study of classroom teaching behavior characteristics of experienced teachers helps teachers find problems, improve classroom teaching behavior, promote the professional development of teachers and improve the quality of classroom teaching.
