探讨基于怒伤肝理论的心理应激对肝脏肿瘤的作用机制.选取40只雄性昆明小鼠, 依据随机数表法分为正常组、噪音组、音乐组、无刺激组, 每组10只.正常组和无刺激组正常饲养, 噪音组在不影响呼吸的束缚管内听噪音, 音乐组在不影响呼吸的束缚桶内听莫扎特音乐.噪音组、音乐组、无刺激组于d 10建立肝癌腹水瘤 (H22) 模型, 采用免疫组化法检测细胞增殖相关抗原67 (Ki67) 、血管内皮生长因子 (VEGF) 表达, 采用Weste blot (WB) 法检测Ki67、VEGF基因蛋白水平.在肝脏肿瘤质量、体积方面, 噪音组明显高于无刺激组, 无刺激组明显高于音乐组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05);以正常组为对照, 在Ki67、VEGF的WB值和阳性表达率方面, 噪音组明显高于无刺激组, 无刺激组明显高于音乐组, 差异有统计学意义 (P<0.05).基于怒伤肝理论的心理应激可能通过上调Ki67、VEGF的表达而加剧肝肿瘤细胞的增殖及血管生成, 但莫扎特音乐可能可抑制肿瘤的增殖及血管生成.","To discuss the action mechanism based on the "anger hurt liver"theory of psychological stress for liver tumor, 40 Kunming male rats were selected.According to the random distribution, all rats were divided into normal group, noise group, music group, no stimulation group, 10 cases in each group.Normal group and no stimulation group were given normal feeding, noise group in the non-affect the bondage of breathing tube to hear noise and music group in the non-affect the bondage of breathing tube to hear Mozart music.At the 10 d, noise group, music group, no stimulation group were built into liver cancer (H22) ascites tumor models.The cell proliferation related antigen 67 (Ki67), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) expression was detected by immunohistochemical method and the Ki67, VEGF gene protein levels were detected by Weste blot (WB) method.In terms of the liver tumor mass and volume, noise group was significantly higher than those of no stimulation group.No stimulation group was significantly higher than those of music group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Compared with normal group, in terms of the WB value and Ki67, VEGF positive expression rates, noise group was significantly higher than those of no stimulation group, no stimulation group was significantly higher than those of music group.The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Based on the"anger hurt liver"theory of psychological stress by raising the Ki67, VEGF expression it may aggravate hepatic tumor cell proliferation and angiogenesis, but Mozart's music can inhibit the proliferation and angiogenesis of tumor.
