本文从液压控制系统基本理论出发,全面分析了 QF 速型调速伐和出油节流调速系统的动态特性、导出了调速伐流量对负载油压和油缸速度对负载干扰的传递函数、动态刚度、及稳定条件,指出了提高速度刚度的措施、给出了油缸速度对阶跃输入的瞬态响应函数、通过对连轧管芯棒液压系统的实例计算,和油缸位移的实验测试纪录、说明理论分析被初步验证。
Based on the basic theory of hydraulic control system, this paper comprehensively analyzes the dynamic characteristics of QF speed regulating and fuel-saving throttling speed regulating system, and deduces the transfer function of governor flow cutting load on load hydraulic pressure and cylinder speed to load. Dynamic stiffness and stability conditions, pointing out the measures to improve the stiffness of the speed, gives the transient response function of the cylinder speed to the step input. Through the calculation of the hydraulic system of the pipe mandrel and the test record of the cylinder displacement , Indicating that theoretical analysis has been preliminary verified.
