安徽省芜湖县老年大学坚持在每年寒暑假,对学校工作人员进行业务培训。培训方法、主要采取以会代训,座谈研讨,学先进比先进的形式。学校开创时期,重点解决从事老年教育工作的畏难情绪,正确认识老年教育工作是难事,苦事,不被人理解的事,从而做好积极面对工作上困难的思想准备。学校在发展过程中,重点解决对老年教育本质特点和发展前景的认识,克服满足现有成绩的自满情绪,从而激发不断创新、进取的信心。学校有了长足发展的时候,重点解决如何用科学发展观统领学校工作,使学校持续健康地向一流示范校迈进,从而增强办学的科学性、前瞻性。
