目前社会发展离不开石油化工产业的支持与配合,化工设备作为各项社会生产产业中都不可缺少的一部分,其在应用的过程中应力腐蚀破坏现象最为常见,也是危害最大的破坏性问题。

目前社会发展离不开石油化工产业的支持与配合,化工设备作为各项社会生产产业中都不可缺少的一部分,其在应用的过程中应力腐蚀破坏现象最为常见,也是危害最大的破坏性问题。尤其是在不锈钢生产中,应力腐蚀破坏对于其产品质量有着决定性作用。本文就不锈钢和应力腐蚀概念进行了分析,着重探讨和研究了其应力腐蚀破坏、断裂原因和影响因素。
At present, social development is inseparable from the support and cooperation of the petrochemical industry. As an indispensable part of various social production industries, chemical equipment is the most common and also the most damaging destructive problem in the process of application. Especially in the stainless steel production, stress corrosion damage has a decisive effect on the quality of its products. In this paper, the concept of stainless steel and stress corrosion was analyzed, stress corrosion damage, fracture reason and influencing factors were discussed emphatically.
