目的探讨双参口服液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法采用线栓法建立脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,随机分为尼莫地平组,双参口服液高、中、低剂量组,通过对小鼠脑组织中GSH-Px、SOD、MDA、TNOS、i NOS活性的影响以及对小鼠耐缺氧作用的研究来考察双参口服液对小鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果与尼莫地平组比较,双参口服液高、中、低剂量组均能明显升高小鼠血清中GSH-Px和SOD活性(P<0.01),双参口服液高、中、低剂量组均能降低小鼠血清中MDA活性(P<0.05);双参口服液高、中、低剂量组均能明显降低小鼠血清中TNOS和i NOS活性(P<0.01);并且双参口服液对小鼠有较好的耐缺氧作用。结论双参口服液对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of Shuangshen Oral Liquid on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods The model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury was established by thread occlusion. The rats were randomly divided into high, medium and low dose nimodipine group and Shuangshen oral liquid group. The GSH-Px, SOD, MDA, TNOS , I NOS activity and hypoxia tolerance in mice to investigate the protective effect of Shuangshen oral liquid on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in mice. Results Compared with the nimodipine group, the GSH-Px and SOD activities in the serum of mice of Shuangshen oral liquid group were significantly increased (P <0.01) (P <0.05). Serum levels of TNOS and iNOS in mice of Shuangshen oral liquid group were significantly lower than those of the other two groups (P <0.01) Mice have better anti-hypoxia effect on mice. Conclusion Shuangshen oral liquid has a protective effect on focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury.
