目的定量观察牛黄熄风胶囊(NHXFC)对大鼠脑内囊出血的疗效,并探讨其作用机理。方法脑出血动物随机分为3组,分别用NHXFC、脑血康口服液(NXK)和生理盐水(NS)灌胃治疗7天,于治疗前后定量观察体感诱发电位(SEPs)、神经病学评分、病理改变(病理学评分)。结果①治疗后NHXFC组SEPs各波(P_1,N_1,P_2)潜伏期均短于治疗前组和NS组(P<0.01～0.05),NXK组P_2波潜伏期也短于NS组(P<0.05),但两药物治疗组间各波潜伏期均无显著性差异。②NHXFC和NXK组治疗后的神经病学评分均低于治疗前和NS组(P<0.01),但两药物治疗组间无显著差异。③脑切片的病理检查显示,NHXFC组治疗后脑血肿缩小,局部脑水肿消失,巨噬细胞数目及活性增加,组织及血管增生明显;病理学评分明显低于治疗前组、NS组和NXK组(P<0.01)。结论 NHXFC可明显促进脑出血动物神经功能及病变的恢复,其作用优于NXK。
Objective To quantitatively observe the effect of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule (NHXFC) on intracerebral sac hemorrhage in rats and to explore its mechanism of action. Methods The animals with intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into 3 groups and were treated with NHXFC, Naoxuekang oral liquid (NXK) and physiological saline (NS) for 7 days. The somatosensory evoked potentials (SEPs) and neurological scores were quantitatively observed before and after treatment. Pathological changes (pathological scores). Results 1 After treatment, the latency of P1, N_1, and P_2 in SEPs was shorter in the NHXFC group than in the pretreatment group and the NS group (P<0.01 to 0.05), and the latency of P_2 waves in the NXK group was also shorter than that in the NS group (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in wave latency between the two drug treatment groups. The neurological scores after treatment in the 2NHXFC and NXK groups were lower than before treatment and NS groups (P<0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two drug treatment groups. 3The pathological examination of brain slices showed that the cerebral hematoma was reduced, the local brain edema disappeared, the number and activity of macrophages increased, and the proliferation of tissues and blood vessels increased significantly in the NHXFC group after treatment. The pathological scores were significantly lower than those before treatment, NS group and NXK group. P<0.01). Conclusion NHXFC can significantly promote the recovery of neurological function and lesions in animals with cerebral hemorrhage, which is superior to NXK.
