目的了解无锡市食品中主要化学污染物及有害因素的污染水平,确定危害因素的分布和可能来源,为开展食品安全风险评估和标准制定修订、跟踪评价等提供科学依据。方法根据《2015年无锡市食品安全风险监测实施方案》的要求,开展食品化学污染物及有害因素监测,利用现行各类食品国家卫生标准进行采样和检验。结果食品化学污染物及有害因素监测采集食品样品374份,超标样品27件,总超标率7.22%。有害元素检测超标率为10.47%,农药残留超标率为3.23%,食品添加剂超标率为18.42%。结论无锡市部分食品中化学污染物污染严重,需进一步加强主动监测工作,覆盖更多的品种和监测项目,使监测数据更科学,减少食源性疾病的发生。
Objective To understand the pollution level of the main chemical pollutants and harmful factors in Wuxi foodstuffs and to determine the distribution and possible sources of the hazardous factors so as to provide a scientific basis for the revision of the food safety risk assessment, standards revision and tracking evaluation. Methods According to the requirements of “2015 Wuxi City Food Safety Risk Monitoring Implementation Plan”, carry out food chemical pollutants and harmful factors monitoring, sampling and testing using the current national health standards for all kinds of food. Results A total of 374 food samples were collected from food chemical contaminants and harmful factors monitoring. 27 samples exceeded the standard. The total over-standard rate was 7.22%. The detection limit of harmful elements was 10.47%, the exceeding rate of pesticide residues was 3.23%, and the exceeding rate of food additives was 18.42%. Conclusion Some chemical pollutants in some foodstuffs in Wuxi City are seriously polluted. Active monitoring needs to be further strengthened to cover more varieties and monitoring items, making the monitoring data more scientific and reducing the incidence of foodborne diseases.
