Chen Lianfu is an associate professor Sculpture Department of LuxunAcademy of Fine Arts. Since the mid of 1980s, he began to attachimportance to and research Chinas various cultural issues including theexploration of discussion methods and purity, etc, which arouses peoplesconcern. Since 2000, Chen Lianfu has attended various importantexhibitions, such as Chinas Contemporary Sculptors Invitation Exhibitionin 2000, Korean and Chinese Sculptors Exchange Exhibition in 2001,Guangzhou Biennale-Chinas Contemporary Artists 6-people Exhibition0+1 in 2002 Daegu Intl Modern Art Exhibition in Korea in 2003,etc. He is one of the most active sculptors in China…… Since the mid of 1980s, he began to attachimportance to and research Chinas various cultural issues including theexploration of discussion methods and purity, etc, which arouses peoplesconcern.
