多胺在调节细胞生长过程有着重要作用,以往多胺的研究多应用在肿瘤方面,近几年注意到内分泌刺激即刻产生的细胞反应与多胺有关,此反应由二胺基介导,包括对氨基酸、葡萄糖与钙运转系统的激活,推断多胺代谢参与了许多生理与病理过程,拓展了多胺的研究范围。当前国内尚无脑缺血多胺变化的研究报道。本实验通过完全性脑缺血大鼠缺血期与再灌流期脑组织多胺含量及同期脑线粒体钙含量变化的观察,探讨脑缺血多胺的代谢变化及其与钙的关系。
Polyamines play an important role in the regulation of cell growth. In the past, the research on polyamines was mostly used in oncology. In recent years, it has been noticed that the cellular response produced by endocrine stimulation is related to polyamines. The reaction is mediated by diamines, Amino acid, glucose and calcium activation system, infer polyamine metabolism involved in many physiological and pathological processes, expanding the scope of research polyamines. Currently there is no report of changes in polyamine in cerebral ischemia. In this study, we observed the changes of polyamine levels in cerebral tissue during ischemia and reperfusion in rats with cerebral ischemia and the changes of calcium content in brain mitochondria in the same period.
