河北冀南磷化工业公司磷铵车间为实现废水零排放,在对生产用水、排放废水进行水平衡计算的基础上,得知磷铵混合冷凝器的冷却水量占排放废水的63%。采取设置3台冷却器,将各处废水降温冷却(其中第2台冷却器用于蒸发液氨,以节省蒸汽),然后进入循环水池、循环利用,实现了废水零排放;降低了耗水量,吨磷铵耗水由10.15吨降为3.3吨,年节水20万吨,价值20多万元;吨磷铵耗烟煤下降36.7 kg,年可节省烟煤1470吨(标煤),价值 29万元。
