随着我国高等教育的不断发展以及教育改革的日益深入,心理疾病对于高校学生受教育权充分实现所产生的诸多不利影响日益被人们熟知。在我国患有心理疾病的受教育权的减损与其因心理疾病导致的受教育成本的增加存在一定的因果关系,固有的教育法规体系在合理性和程序正当性的不足也在一定程度上影响了受教育者相应权利的充分实现。因此,采用整合性的法学研究方法,有助于全面、彻底地解决上述问题。
With the continuous development of higher education in our country and the deepening of educational reform, many unfavorable influences of mental illness on the full realization of college students’ right to education have been increasingly well known. In our country, there is a certain causal relationship between the impairment of the right to education and the increase of the education cost due to mental illness. The lack of rationality and procedural legitimacy of the inherent system of education and law also affects to some extent The full realization of the corresponding rights of educated people. Therefore, the use of integrated legal research methods will help solve these problems in a comprehensive and thorough manner.
