在CFB冷态试验台上,试验研究了CFB主床的床顶结构对边壁下降流的影响。并对平床顶结构分3种高度的情况进行了试验。试验得出:CFB主床的床顶结构是影响边壁下降流的重要因素;当流化速度和固体物料循环速率一定时,边壁下降流的延伸长度随床顶高度的增加而增大,在此基础上,建立了边壁下降流内循环模型,通过分析和数学推导,给出了边壁下降流内循环速率以及轴向截面平均物料浓度关系式。图7表1参3
On the CFB cold test bench, the effect of the bed structure of CFB main bed on the descending flow of the sidewall was experimentally studied. And the flat top structure is divided into three kinds of height cases were tested. The results show that the top structure of the CFB main bed is an important factor affecting the descending flow. When the fluidization velocity and the solid material circulation rate are constant, the extending length of the descending flow increases with the height of the roof, On the basis of this, a model of inner wall circulation flow was established. By analyzing and mathematically deducing, the relationship between the inner circulation velocity and the average material concentration in axial section was given. Figure 7 Table 1 reference 3
