目的:建立几种含黄芩、丹参药材药物的高效液相色谱快速鉴别方法。方法:通过对各药物所含药材成分进行分析,采用不同的快速提取方法制备供试溶液,建立液相色谱分析方法,确定药材的液相色谱特征图谱。结果:试验中含相同药材的不同药物均具有相同的特征色谱峰,通过特征图谱色谱峰数及相对保留时间可对所含药材进行定性鉴别,与对照品色谱峰面积的比较可计算出样品中指标成分的含量。结论:本文方法可以对不同药物中所含的黄芩、丹参药材成分进行快速鉴别,对指标成分进行快速半定量,对药物质量进行快速筛查。
Objective: To establish several high-performance liquid chromatography rapid identification method containing Radix Scutellariae and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae herbs. Methods: By analyzing the ingredients of the medicinal materials contained in each drug, different rapid extraction methods were used to prepare the test solution, and the liquid chromatographic analysis method was established to determine the characteristic chromatogram of the medicinal materials. Results: Different drugs containing the same medicinal materials in the experiment all had the same characteristic chromatographic peaks. Qualitative identification of medicinal materials was carried out by the number of chromatographic peaks and the relative retention time of the characteristic chromatogram.
