The inherent logical relationship between the copyright system and the library presets effective space for the library to deposit images. Under the trend of accelerating the copyright system, the most urgent task for Chinese libraries is to take the initiative to plan a win-win strategy, establish a new operating mechanism and adapt to the new development of the copyright system.
