背景资料 2001年12月13、14日两天,本刊特地委托陕西省商南县考试管理中心余扬、该县高级中学教务主任吴先进、商南县赵川中学副校长汪孔庆分别在县高级中学、赵川中学进行了“艺术特长生该不该加分”的问卷调查。此次调查共发出问卷300余份,回收293份。据有关数据显示,两校参加问卷调查的学生中有47.44%的学生同意加分,有50.85%的学生不同意加分,还有1.71%的学生认为应当具体对待。另外,在对学生进行问卷调查的同时,主持人还就“艺术特长生该不该加分”这一主题,通过走访、电话采访等多种形式征求了陕西省及全国其他15省(市、区)一些重点中学的校长、副校长、教务主任、任课教师共计20余人的意见,其中,同意加分的占8人,不同意加分的占12人。
