股指期货是国际期货市场最成功的期货品种之一,有价格透明、流动性高且清算所充当着买卖双方的第三方进行结算等特点。同时股指期货市场也存在着高风险,可能引发经济动荡,直接危及国家金融体系的安全与稳定。因此,发展和完善我国股指期货监管制度,对于防范金融市场风险,稳定经济运行态势,有着重要而深远的意义。
Stock index futures are one of the most successful futures in the international futures market. They are characterized by transparent prices, high liquidity and the clearing house acting as a third party for buyers and sellers. At the same time, there is also a high risk in the stock index futures market, which may trigger economic turmoil and directly endanger the security and stability of the national financial system. Therefore, the development and improvement of China’s stock index futures regulatory system has important and far-reaching significance in guarding against risks in the financial market and stabilizing the economic operation.
