本文实验证明:杀螟松雄性小鼠经口LD_(50)为647.8毫克/公斤。雌性大鼠经口LD_(50)为346.4毫克/公斤。具有一定的蓄积性。吸入毒性试验结果说明:0.1毫克/米~3组的脑及心的胆碱酯酶活力与对照组相比,有显著意义的差异。现场调查的结果证明:接触空气中杀螟松浓度在0.1毫克/米~3的工人可出现症状,且血液胆碱酯酶活力已有明显影响。因此认为:苏联提出的允许极限浓度(0.1毫克/米~3)显然偏高,建议车间空气中杀螟松最高容许浓度暂定为0.02毫克/米~3。
