根据鲁克沁稠油油田开发建设现状,立足稠油地面采输先进技术,从集输系统总体布局、集输工艺、掺稀工艺、临时站工艺方面,对正式建产的鲁克沁油田中区进行优化。优化方案实施后,经近一年时间的运行,系统运行正常,满足开发生产需要;平均小管径单井每年热洗频次由12次降为6次,节约热洗维护成本90万元/年;节省油罐清洗补漏、机泵维护费用约150万元/年;每站每班平均3人,调减为每个站每班2人,有效缓解操作人员紧张的状况,为科学管理创造条件;掺稀量较优化前单站常压加热掺稀节省近90t/d,年节约稀油拉运成本109万元。
