Historically, the research and appraisal of Zeng Gong has focused more on his literary achievements, but his contributions to the collation of ancient books are rarely discussed. This article discusses the school activities during the period of Zeng Gong Pavilion, analyzes the conditions and school methods that he engaged in the collation of ancient books, and thus shows his contribution in the history of school.
