维生素 C 自1933年开始人工合成以来,已广泛应用于临床。对其生理作用、临床应用的认识近年来又有显著进展。本文仅就近年来有关临床应用、实验研究的情况,结合我们临床实践的点滴体会作一简介。一、防治动脉粥样硬化和冠心病维生素 C 现已成为防治冠心病的一个重要措施,被人们所重视。在实验方面:发现使豚鼠食物中缺乏维生素 C,即可加速豚鼠的高胆固醇血症,促使该动物血管内膜脂质的迅速沉积。形态上与人的动脉粥样硬化相同,而且这种病变可经维生素 C 治疗后消失。给动物喂饲一种致动脉粥样硬化的饮食,且在饮食中有示踪
