研究构建科学合理的评价指标体系是开展综合评价的前提和基础。现役装备改进是一个复杂的系统工程过程,制约因素多、技术难度大,存在很多不确定性。为确保装备改进顺利进行,必须开展有效的风险分析和评价研究,从而预先采取针对性措施加以防范。本论文运用因子分析方法(FA),通过指标筛选,从技术风险、费用风险、生产风险、管理风险和环境风险等方面,构建了现役装备改进风险的评价指标体系,由三个层次22项指标构成,为开展装备改进风险评价提供了依据。
To study and establish a scientific and reasonable evaluation index system is the prerequisite and basis for carrying out comprehensive evaluation. Active equipment improvement is a complex system engineering process, with many constraints, technical difficulties, and many uncertainties. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the equipment, it is necessary to carry out effective risk analysis and evaluation studies so that preventive measures can be taken in advance. In this dissertation, factor analysis method (FA) is used to establish the evaluation index system for risk assessment of active equipment from aspects of technology risk, cost risk, production risk, management risk and environmental risk through the index screening. The evaluation index system consists of 22 indicators It provides the basis for risk assessment of equipment improvement.
