踮脚除疲劳踮脚锻炼可以先双脚并拢,用力踮起脚尖,然后放松,再重复,每天连续做数十次。踮脚运动不受场地、时间和器械限制,每次5~10分钟,能有效而快速地减轻疲劳。晨起干洗脚每天早上醒来后在床上试试干洗脚。具体做法:双脚掌互相搓,也可用右手搓左脚,左手搓右脚。
