牙轮钻机的立架起落机构如图1所示。当杆6从缸体7中伸缩,则立架相应地起落。用作图法选定该机构的参数,是难以找出最优值的。由于受油缸结构的影响,有时立架放不平而必须抬高或降低油缸底座位置,或使油缸向前或向后倾斜,致使机构所占空间大且对立架、平台受力不利。本文用分析法求解最优参数,绘制成诺模图,同时导出机构参数与油缸力之间的关系式,绘成综合力图,供设计者使用。

Meanwhile, the relation between mechanism parameters and cylinder force is derived and drawn into comprehensive force diagram for designers to use.
