目的研究复方延寿液对高脂衰老大鼠肝脏的影响。方法 60只雄性SD大鼠随机分为对照组(标准饲料+自然空气),模型组(高脂饲料+4 h臭氧染毒),阳性药组(非诺贝特18.0 ml/kg),复方延寿液低、中、高剂量组(4.5、9.0、18.0 ml/kg)。染毒70 d合并第35天开始给药,腹主动脉取血获得血清,检测血清氧化酶[超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)]及血脂[甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)]含量,病理观察肝组织损伤程度,形态计量氧化酶的原位含量。结果模型组血清SOD、GSH-PX活性、HDL-C含量降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),LPO、TG、TC、LDL升高(P<0.05,P<0.01);肝细胞水肿,脂肪变性,胶原纤维沉积,烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶2(NOX2)原位含量增加。复方延寿液三剂量组上述生化指标、胶原纤维沉积、NOX2原位含量均得到改善。结论复方延寿液对臭氧致衰老且高脂血症大鼠的肝脏具有保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of Fufang Yanshou Liquid on the liver of aging rats with high fat diet. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group (standard feed + natural air), model group (high fat diet + 4 h ozone exposure), positive drug group (fenofibrate 18.0 ml / kg) Liquid low, medium and high dose groups (4.5, 9.0, 18.0 ml / kg). Serum was obtained from the abdominal aorta on the 35th day after the 70th day of exposure. Serum oxidase (superoxide dismutase (SOD), lipid peroxidation (LPO), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and serum triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein (HDL-C) , Morphometric measurement of in situ oxidase levels. Results The levels of serum SOD, GSH-PX, HDL-C, LPO, TG, TC and LDL in model group were significantly decreased (P <0.05, P <0.01) Degeneration, deposition of collagen fibers, increased nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidase 2 (NOX2) in situ. Compound Yanshou solution three doses of the above biochemical indicators, collagen deposition, NOX2 in situ content were improved. Conclusion Compound Yanshou solution has a protective effect on the liver of aged and hyperlipidemic rats induced by ozone.
