含裂纹管道的剩余强度评价,目前国际上普遍采用失效评估图(FAD)技术。文中介绍了失效评估图技术的基本思路和目前通用的失效评估曲线,CEGBR6的选择1和BSIPD6493的选择3。通过在役含裂纹管道全尺寸试验评价验证了失效评估图技术的可靠性。运用FAD技术评价了佛两(佛荫一两路口)线管道剩余强度,结果表明,若能加强对天然气的脱硫、脱水,使输送天然气气质条件达到SYJ7514-88标准中A类l级要求,并控制输送压力的平稳,管道可以在现役压力2.5MPa下安全运行。
The assessment of the residual strength of cracked pipelines, the failure assessment map (FAD) technology is currently widely used in the world. The paper introduces the basic idea of the failure assessment technique and the current general failure assessment curve, CEGBR6 choice 1 and BSIPD6493 choice 3. The reliability of the failure assessment technique is verified by the full-scale test of the cracked pipeline in service. The results showed that if the desulfurization and dehydration of natural gas can be strengthened, the quality of the delivered natural gas meets the requirements of Class A and Class I in SYJ7514-88 standard Control of the delivery pressure is stable, the pipeline can be safe operation under the active pressure of 2.5MPa.
