各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵 团卫生局: 经国务院同意,卫生部、财政部于1984年联 合发布《全国食品卫生监督员着装规定》(84卫防 字第76号),自1985年1月1日起全国食品卫生 监督员统一着装。统一着装对树立卫生执法监督 整体形象,维护卫生监督队伍着装的统一性和严 肃性起到了积极作用。但检查中发现:部分地方 制、着装管理混乱,存在擅自扩大着装范围,擅自 改变制服样式、颜色和标志等情况,且屡禁不止, 严重影响卫生监督执法队伍形象。根据《国务院 办公厅关于整顿统一着装的通知》(国办发[2003] 104号)精神和《财政部、监察部、国务院纠风办关 于做好整顿统一着装工作的实施意见》(财行 [2004]15号)的要求,今年在卫生系统内对卫生监 督执法人员统一着装进行整顿。现就整顿工作有 关问题通知如下:

Uniform dress plays a positive role in establishing the overall image of the supervision of health law enforcement and maintaining the uniformity and seriousness of the dressing of the health supervision team. However, during the inspection, it was found that some local systems and dress management were chaotic, and there was scope to arbitrarily expand the dress, unauthorized changes to uniform patterns, colors, and signs, etc., and continued prohibition, which seriously affected the image of the health supervision law enforcement team. According to the “Notice of the General Office of the State Council Concerning the Reorganization of Uniform Dress Code” (Guobanfa [2003] No. 104) and the “Implementation Opinions of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Supervision, and the State Council Corrective Office on the Reorganization and Uniform Dressing Work” (Finance [2004] On the 15th), this year in the health system, health supervision and law enforcement personnel uniformed and dressed.
