“不到长城非好汉,不吃烤鸭真遗憾。”就是这句合折押韵的广告词,多少年来,让爬长城和吃烤鸭成了数以万计旅游者来北京的两大目标。中华老字号的美食上百种,不要说外国人了,就连我们自己也没办法凭记忆列数出一半,但是奥运在即,对于所有第一次来到北京的人来说,“Beijing Roast Duck(北京烤鸭)”就是中国的美食的第一名片。毫不夸张地说,就是全聚德桌上的这只鸭子,决定着“北京烤鸭”这四个字能不能在奥运期间乃至奥运后成为世界 logo。
