目的分析广州市白云区居民主要死因对期望寿命的影响,为制定居民健康促进工作提供科学依据。方法利用死因监测系统数据及人口统计数据,编制简略寿命表和去死因寿命表,计算白云区居民期望寿命及因疾病死亡导致的减寿年数。结果 2013年,白云区居民粗死亡率为293.91/10万,男性死亡率高于女性;居民前5位死因分别为循环系统疾病、肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病、疾病和死亡的外因和内分泌、营养和代谢的疾病;居民平均期望寿命是80.40岁(男性78.15岁,女性82.57岁)。结论慢性非传染性疾病是导致白云区居民死亡的主要原因。提高慢性非传染性疾病的防治水平是进一步提高居民期望寿命的关键。
Objective To analyze the impact of the main causes of death on the life expectancy of residents in Baiyun District of Guangzhou and provide a scientific basis for the development of residents’ health promotion. Methods Based on the data of the cause of death monitoring system and demographic data, a simple life table and death cause table were prepared to calculate the life expectancy and the number of years of life lost due to disease death in Baiyun District. Results In 2013, the crude death rate of residents in Baiyun District was 293.91 / 100,000 and the death rate of males was higher than that of females. The top five death causes of residents were circulatory system diseases, cancer, respiratory diseases, external causes of diseases and deaths, endocrine and nutrition Metabolic disease; The average life expectancy of residents is 80.40 years (78.15 for men and 82.57 for women). Conclusion Chronic non-communicable diseases are the main cause of death in residents of Baiyun District. Increasing the level of prevention and treatment of chronic non-communicable diseases is the key to further increase residents’ life expectancy.
