目的:探讨制霉菌素片联合复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病(VVC)混合感染的体会。方法:将300例VVC混合感染患者依治疗方法不同分为A组(制霉菌素片与复方甲硝唑阴道栓联合治疗)和B组(采用达克宁栓治疗),每组各有150例。结果:A组VVC混合感染患者治疗有效率明显高于B组,复发率明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:制霉菌素片联合复方甲硝唑应用在VVC混合感染患者中,有着较为明显的治疗疗效和相对较低的复发率,值得进一步探究。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nystatin tablets and compound metronidazole vaginal suppository in the treatment of mixed vulvovaginal candidiasis (VVC) infection. Methods: 300 cases of VVC mixed infection patients were divided into group A (nystatin tablets and compound metronidazole vaginal suppository combination therapy) and group B (treated with merketine suppository) according to the different treatment methods. There were 150 cases in each group. Results: The treatment efficiency of patients with VVC mixed infection in group A was significantly higher than that in group B, and the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that in group B (P <0.05). Conclusion: Nystatin tablets combined with compound metronidazole in patients with VVC mixed infection has a more obvious therapeutic effect and a relatively low recurrence rate, worth further exploration.
