以上海市外环以内中心城区作为研究区域,采用洪涝情景模拟与GIS网络分析相结合的研究方法,评估了当前以及未来不同重现期河流洪涝情景下城市公共安全(110)应急响应能力。研究结果表明:在洪涝情景下,部分城市路网瘫痪、交通中断,应急车辆无法通行,公安应急服务空间可达性范围较正常情况明显变小,应急响应能力降低;由于高脆弱性区域(棚户区)主要位于黄浦江沿岸地区,江水漫溢导致淹没路段较多,因此部分棚户区的救援

针对目前曲线弯曲拓扑结构描述中存在弯曲划分不符合人的视觉感受等问题,该文提出一种利用弯曲层次树描述曲线拓扑结构的方法。该方法利用双缓冲区变换识别曲线上的弯曲,通过控制变换宽度提取不同层次上的弯曲,根据得到的弯曲构建弯曲层次树,树的结点代表不同的弯曲,同一层结点表示弯曲之间相邻关系,不同层结点表示弯曲之间的嵌套关系。最后通过该方法在曲线综合中的实验验证了其在曲线特征形态的保持中的优势。该文对曲线拓扑
