研究了采用商用的 AFM对PMMA进行纳米压痕试验,测定 PMMA的力曲线与压痕深度,探讨压痕形成机理和工艺参数的影响,为PMMA的实际应用提供了力学基础。
The nano-indentation test of PMMA was carried out by commercial AFM. The force curve and indentation depth of PMMA were investigated. The formation mechanism of indentation and the influence of process parameters were discussed. The mechanical basis for the practical application of PMMA was provided.
