抗真菌抗生素环孢菌素A(CyclosporinA,简称CYA)的产生菌为多孢木霉菌(Tri-choderma polysporum)和柱孢霉菌(Cylin-drocapon lucidium)。由于CYA的抗真菌谱窄,因而无临床抗菌使用价值。其后发现它有很强的抑制免疫和抗慢性炎症的作用。在多种动物实验性器官移植中,单独使用CYA作为免疫抑制剂都取得较好疗效,临床初步试用,也证明CYA对器官移植排异有较好抑制效果。本文着重报道环孢菌素的近年实验动物和临床研究进展概况,并简要介绍CYA的作用机理。
The antifungal antibiotics Cyclosporin A (CYA) -producing bacteria are Tri-choderma polysporum and Cylin-drocapon lucidium. Due to the narrow antifungal spectrum of CYA, there is no clinical value for antibacterial use. It was subsequently found to have a strong suppressive effect on immunity and anti-chronic inflammation. In a variety of animal experimental organ transplantation, the use of CYA alone as an immunosuppressive agent have achieved good efficacy, clinical trial, also proved that CYA rejection of organ transplantation better inhibitory effect. This article focuses on the recent progress of cyclosporin experimental animals and clinical research, and briefly introduce the mechanism of action of CYA.
