目的 :对不同丹皮饮片进行丹皮酚含量测定 ,比较其质量优劣。方法 :采用薄层色谱法、分光光度法对各类丹皮饮片中丹皮酚进行分析。结果 :不同产地、不同购地的丹皮饮片有相当一部分达不到《中国药典》规定的标准。结论 :目前市售丹皮饮片质量差异较大 ,应引起有关部门注意
Objective : To determine the content of paeonol in different Danpi decoction pieces and compare their quality. Methods : The analysis of paeonol in various Danpi decoction pieces was carried out by thin layer chromatography and spectrophotometry. Results: A considerable number of Danpi decoction pieces from different origins and land purchases failed to meet the standards set by the “Chinese Pharmacopoeia”. Conclusion: The quality of Danpi decoction pieces currently on the market is quite different and should be noticed by relevant departments.
