文章通过成功引入BIM技术,建立了3D模型,并通过BIM平台管理,以集成土建、电气模型为载体,将变电站施工进度、成本、工艺、质量、安全、图纸、材料、劳动力等信息集成到一个平台。利用BIM模型的形象直观、可计算分析的特点,为变电站施工过程中的进度管理、现场协调、合同成本管理、材料管理等关键过程提供依据,从而实现各班组之间的有效决策和精细管理,减少施工变更,缩短工期,控制成本,提高质量。
Through the successful introduction of BIM technology, the article builds a 3D model and integrates the information of construction progress, cost, technology, quality, safety, drawing, materials and workforce into one through the BIM platform management with integration of civil and electrical models as a carrier platform. By using the visual, computational and analysis features of BIM model, it can provide the basis for the key processes such as schedule management, site coordination, contract cost management and material management in the process of substation construction, so as to realize the effective decision-making and fine management of each team, Reduce construction changes, shorten the construction period, control costs and improve quality.
