文章从市场营销的角度分析员工满意度对客户维系这一关键渠道的影响来增进对行业发展及员工管理的理解。实际工作中发现,对于员工满意度而言,招标行业的部分管理者更倾向于重视客户满意度,而忽视了员工满意度对于客户满意度之间的关系。而事实上招标委托人的忠诚度随着招标机构人员的工作态度与人员更迭也受到很大的影响。这些现象背后反映了我国招标行业的一些管理者对于从业人员的管理还存在很大的意识盲区,从而影响了客户及工作的稳定。
This article analyzes the impact of employee satisfaction on the key customer retention channels from a marketing perspective to improve understanding of industry development and employee management. The actual work found that for employee satisfaction, some managers in the bidding industry tended to pay more attention to customer satisfaction, while ignoring the relationship between employee satisfaction and customer satisfaction. In fact, the tenderer’s tenderer’s loyalty is greatly affected by the tenderer’s working attitude and staff turnover. Behind these phenomena reflect that some managers in China’s bidding industry still have great blind spots for the management of employees, thus affecting the stability of clients and work.
