1989年7月3日至7月8日,13位村镇规划设计方面的高级工程师和专家教授聚集一堂,对来自22个省、区、市的68个村镇规划设计方面的申报项目进行了认真的评议,通过整整一个星期的紧张工作,评选出一批独具特色、体现地方风格的优秀项目,推荐给部评审委员会审议。村镇规划设计专业委员会是部评审委员会所属的六个专业组之一。这次评议的项目,主要是集镇规划,还有建筑群体和单体设计,以及供水工程。这些项目,基本反映了全国村镇规划设计的水平。评委们本着认真负责的精神,对全部审报材料进行了审议,讨论了评比标准,再分小组与专业复
From July 3rd to July 8th, 1989, 13 senior engineers, experts and professors of village and town planning and design gathered together to earnestly report on the project design and design of 68 villages and towns from 22 provinces, districts and cities. The appraisal, through a full week of intense work, selected a group of outstanding projects that reflected local styles and were recommended for review by the Ministry. The town planning and design professional committee is one of the six professional groups to which the ministry committee belongs. The items for this review are mainly town planning, as well as construction groups and monomer design, as well as water supply projects. These projects basically reflect the level of national village planning and design. In a spirit of conscientiousness and responsible, the judges reviewed all the materials submitted for review and discussed the standards for evaluation.
