高聚合度聚氟乙烯的溶度参数与PVC的溶度参数是否一致,尚无结论。本工作选择浓度滴定法、平衡溶胀法和粘度法等3种方法测定了聚合度为2500的高聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂的溶度参数分别为20.13、20.25、20.30(J/cm3) ̄(1/2)。实验结果表明,高聚合度聚氯乙烯树脂的聚合度虽然约为聚氯乙烯树脂的2~3倍,但对溶度参数值影响不大。上述3种测定方法中,浊度滴定法具有操作简单、重复性好等优点,是一种较好的测定聚合物溶度参数的方法。
Whether the solubility parameter of high degree of polymerization of polyvinyl fluoride and the solubility parameter of PVC are the same is not conclusive. In this work, three kinds of methods of concentration titration, balance swelling and viscosity were used to determine the solubility parameters of high degree of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride with a degree of polymerization of 2500, respectively, of 20.13,20.25,20.30 (J / Cm3) ~ (1/2). The experimental results show that although the degree of polymerization of high degree of polymerization of polyvinyl chloride resin is about 2 to 3 times that of polyvinyl chloride resin, it has little effect on the value of solubility parameter. Among the above three methods, turbidimetric titration has the advantages of simple operation and good repeatability, which is a good method to determine the solubility parameters of polymers.
