江西省的段潭大头荸荠是丰城市段潭乡传统特产农家品种,栽培历史悠久,主要分布在段潭及附近乡镇。该品种在当地种植面积大,产量高,品质佳,经济收益好,为远近闻名的蔬菜水果兼食佳品。 一、主要特性 段潭大头荸荠球茎扁圆形、芽粗直、脐部较平;皮薄、紫红色,肉质脆嫩,清甜爽口。
