课堂教学改革是职业教育改革的最基本单位和最终环节,现代学徒制是现阶段职业学校改革的重要举措。本文先分析总结了我校应用电子专业在现代学徒制教学模式的大环境下实施的“课堂进企业”以及“企业进课堂”的活动,然后阐述了活动的实施促使课堂教学的改革:促使课堂教学形式多样化、课堂教学内容模块化、推出实用的校企合编校本教材、教学手段多样化、教学考核评价体系的改革。总之,现代学徒制下的课堂教学改革,具有一定的理论及实践意义。
Classroom teaching reform is the most basic unit and final link of vocational education reform. Modern apprenticeship is an important measure for the reform of vocational schools at this stage. This paper firstly analyzes and summarizes the activities of “Classroom Into Enterprise” and “Enterprise Into Classroom” under the environment of modern apprenticeship teaching mode in the Department of Applied Electronics of our university, and then elaborates the implementation of activities to promote the teaching of classroom Reform: to promote the diversification of classroom teaching, classroom teaching content is modular, the introduction of practical school-enterprise co-edited school-based teaching materials, diversification of teaching methods, teaching evaluation system reform. In short, the classroom teaching reform under modern apprenticeship has certain theoretical and practical significance.
